Hiren Patel, is a medical doctor actively practicing in the field of cardiology and interventional cardiology. He was born in Zambia and grew up in the United States. His interest in global health lead him to pursue medical training internationally.
He then completed a cardiovascular disease and advanced interventional cardiology fellowship in New York at Albany Medical Center/Albany Medical College.
Dr Patel was raised by an entrepreneural father and was actively involved in his various family businesses from home improvement industry to restaurant chains in Zambia and the USA
With his medical background and involvement in the medical society, he plans to bring a team of doctors on board and promote healthy living and preventative medicine in the Indian community.
Hiren resides in Athens, Georgia and is married to a physician and has a son.
