Courtney Brubaker is a lifelong resident of Marietta, Georgia. Courtney is a graduate of Marietta High School, Georgia Tech, and Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Courtney and her husband Brett have three young children and are proud to raise their children in Cobb County where Courtney’s family roots run deep. Courtney was inspired as a child to become a lawyer by her father Jim Martin and her uncle Jimmy Berry.

Courtney has experience in every aspect of criminal law. She is a Managing Attorney and Director of Legal Services as part of the team of at Phyllis law. Her desire to lead and advise people through a stressful time in their lives is one of the many reasons she is a part of Phyllis Law.
